Counter-signed payslips
She sends a one-tap request on payday. He pays from his own bank and taps “paid”. Both confirmations become a payslip neither side can edit — hers to keep, export as a PDF, and show a new employer or in a dispute.
For the employer
Pay by QR, no account
The request arrives as a WhatsApp link. He scans the QR with his own bank app, pays as usual, and confirms. No sign-up, no app to install. Kaia never touches the money.

My money — private
Every remittance home, every savings goal, every loan instalment — in one notebook only she opens. Her employer never sees it, and it is never part of a shared record.

Save with friends the way you already do — Kaia keeps the round, whose turn it is, and who has paid. No money moves through Kaia. Employers never see a circle exists.
Her reputation, positive only
Vouches & seals
Friends and past employers vouch for her skills. Months paid on time and contracts completed become seals on her record. She chooses which to show. Nothing negative can be written.
Shared, not surveillance
Household notebook
A shopping list anyone in the family adds to, small asks (“dry-cleaning Thursday”), and a calendar with her rest days and statutory holidays filled in. No deadlines, no scores, no history of who did what.
Receipts into the ledger
Household money
Attach a receipt and the amount goes into the shared float. A charge needs her OK, or it stays marked as disputed — in amber, never red.

If it ends
Wages to date, notice, untaken leave, the ticket home — estimated from her own record, with the official steps and who to call. Calm, factual, hers.
