Personal Information Collection Statement
We collect your WhatsApp number, and your email if you give one, for one purpose only: to tell you when Kaia opens and to send the free tools you ask for. We never sell or share it, we never give it to an employer or an agency, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by messaging the same number. Giving us your details is voluntary; without a WhatsApp number we can't tell you when we launch.

- On this website: nothing else. The calculators run on your phone and send nothing.

How we use it
Only to tell you when Kaia opens, to send the free tools you ask for, and to run your record in the app. Never for advertising, never sold, never given to an employer or an agency.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until 12 months after Kaia opens in Hong Kong, then delete them — or sooner, the day you ask us to.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with our database provider in Singapore (Supabase, AWS ap-southeast-1). Emails are sent through Resend.
Cookies
One cookie, kaia_locale, remembers the language you chose. Nothing else.
Your rights
You may ask to see or correct your personal data, or to have it deleted, at any time. We reply within 40 days, as the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance requires.
