Your record belongs to you.
What we store
Your contract, your salary requests and confirmations, evidence you upload, advances and deductions, and what you put in your private money space.
Who can see what
You see everything. Your employer sees only what they entered and what they confirmed. Your money space, your notes, and your looking status are never visible to them.
We never touch your money
Kaia never holds or moves money. Payment requests are QR codes your employer pays from their own bank.
No surveillance
No location tracking, no task tracking, no ratings.
What we count
We count how many phones opened each screen each day, so we know which parts of Kaia are worth keeping. Not who, not when, not what you did there. You can turn it off in Settings.
Yours to take
Export your record as a PDF any time, even after your employment ends. You can remove your employer's link and keep your data.
Deleting your account
In Kaia, open Settings, tap Delete my account and hold the button. Your account, your record, your photos and files, your money notes and your place on the waitlist are deleted straight away. Export your PDF first if you want to keep a copy.
Free for helpers, forever
No fee, no premium tier. That is a promise.
This website
kaia.help runs no analytics, no trackers, no advertising pixels and no chat widgets. The only cookie is the language you choose. The calculators run on your phone: what you type is never sent to us.
Everything on this page is enforced in the app’s database, not only written on this webpage.
