1. The amount matches your contract
Your salary should be the figure in your contract, and at least the minimum for your contract date.
2. The food allowance
If your employer does not give you food, a food allowance of at least the amount in your contract must be paid on top of your salary.
3. It is on time
Wages are due at the end of each month and must be paid within seven days after it.
4. Nothing was taken off without your agreement
Deductions from wages are only allowed in a few cases set by law. Agency fees are never one of them.
5. You have a record
Keep a receipt or a record signed by both of you for every month. It is the first thing anyone will ask for if there is ever a problem — and it is exactly what Kaia is for.
