The problem
When a disagreement comes — at the end of a contract, over leave that was never paid, over a deduction — it is often her word against her employer’s. Records, when they exist, are usually kept by the employer.
A record both sides agreed to
Each month she sends a request, her employer pays from his own bank, and both confirm. That becomes a counter-signed payslip: a record that both sides said the payment was made. It is not proof in itself — but it is a far better start than nothing.
Hers to keep
The record belongs to her. She can export it as a PDF at any time, including after the job ends. Her employer sees only what he entered and what he confirmed.
